Explore the principles and practices of good Organisational Governance.

Taking on the role of a Board or Committee Member is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to your community. As a member of a board, you will be involved in setting the direction of the organisation and contributing to achieving its mission. In addition, you are committing to take on many legal and community responsibilities.

Using the Australian Standards in Corporate Governance, this workshop will take you through the maze that is Organisational Governance, and provide participants with an understanding of the regulatory environment and community expectations (both internal and external) required to put you on the path to being a Board Member that can truly making a difference.

This one day workshop is facilitated by Dee Roche a highly qualified and exceptionally skilled trainer in the field of governance, management and leadership.
