Research clearly shows that when people cooperate and are empowered to act productivity increases, effectiveness is heightened and people become more satisfied in their work. At the heart of this is the leader's ability to develop and engage the team. This one day workshop is highly interactive, utilising a variety of team tools and experiential learning techniques. The workshop is designed to provide leaders at all levels with some insights and practical ideas to develop their own work team. Martin Gregory is the facilitator. He has worked with teams and leaders to build productive relationships for over 20 years. His clients range from small businesses and not for profit agencies to major corporate bodies
